It looks like P3d V4.1 loads them all anyway. Although I am no longer using navigraph, I am using flight1 gtn750 now with mods that allow that. After editing security properties, Navigraph database update still did not upload. Just about to give up, then I tried one more thing; reload the products (plane and navigraph) one more time.
